I didn't get an email confirmation, what do I do?

If you didn't get an email confirmation, first, make sure you used your email to make your purchase. Another option to use when ordering with us is your phone number, confirmation will be sent there if you select this instead of email.

If you double checked that you used your email, did you check your spam folder? If not, give that a look see and then make sure you whitelist our domain/email. We don't have any control over your email provider so sometimes it won't be delivered, if this is the case, contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you but make sure you take the following steps before giving us an email.
